Financial Policy
We make every attempt to keep medical costs to a minimum. With that in mind, at this time, we are able to accept cash, checks, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or Discover.)
We request that you make payments for each office visit at the time of service.
If you have health insurance, your insurance company will be charged for professional services rendered to your child, but you are ultimately responsible for payment of your bill. If we participate in your managed care plan, co-payments and co-insurance are due at time of visit. Patients are also responsible for deductibles, and services that are not covered by their specific managed care plan.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify the office 24 hours ahead of time so that your child can be rescheduled and another child can be seen. We understand that things come up, therefore,
a $25.00 fee will be assessed only after the second missed appointment.
All past due accounts greater than 90 days, will be sent to collections. However, we are willing to negotiate payment plans.
Note: No Well Care appointments will be made until your account is paid in full.
